As a former high school gymnast I participated strength and conditioning training on a daily basis. However, when I went to college I lost the drive and motivation to workout that I once received from my coach. As a student at the University of South Florida my days consist of schoolwork and organization obligations and I found I was unable to maintain a routine workout schedule that I had become accustomed to in high school. After being introduced to John Oliver, I started a workout regiment that I could fit in to my schedule. With his help, drive and motivation, I now workout at least three times a week. On days that I am unable to make it to Jolt, I utilize the exercises and techniques he has taught me at a local gym or in my apartment. My goal was to be an in shape, healthy college student and with John Oliver’s help, I have accomplished this.
