Jessica MillerWorking with John Oliver is one of the best decisions that I have made for my health. I began working with John over a year ago to improve my overall fitness and core strength. Following John’s initial assessment of my state of health, we developed an exercise plan that I am still following several times a week with ease .Since I have joined “JOLT”, my body fat percentage has dropped to 17.5%, and my flexibility and core strength have dramatically improved.  “JOLT” has given me the motivation and encouragement to push myself harder to achieve desired results daily.  John’s consistent positive attitude, his extensive knowledge of the human body, and his ability to understand his client’s needs make him an excellent personal trainer.
