I first started training with John in 2006 for speed, strength, and agility for football. I dont play football anymore but John was such a good influence on my health and fitness that I stayed training with him. Now I plan on enlisting in the Army and he is helping me build endurance strength, and stamina.
Since I have been training with John, my body fat has dropped from 25% to 9%. I never expected my body fat to drop so drastically. I am now healthier and in better shape than I have ever been, and happier too, thanks to John.
John has not only been a trainer but a mentor and family to me. He has been such a strong influence on the way I live my life now. He helped me kick my bad eating habits and taught me how to be determined to reach my goals. I cannot thank him enough for what he has helped me accomplish.
